Calling Glasgow based artists, musicians, performers, community groups, schools, organisations and creative members of the public! We encourage people from all backgrounds to get excited about sharing art and ideas within the social distancing restrictions we have grown accustomed to and join the festival programme!
Our open call for proposals is now closed, but we are still accepting applications from people who would like to register a location on our online and downloadable pdf festival map! If you have an idea for a creative project you would like to exhibit in a window or a front garden space please apply here.
Window art craft activites
Want to get involved but need some inspiration?
We have teamed up with artist giacinta frisillo, Platform & artist Alice Dansey-Wright and The Art and Energy Collective to bring you four very special free art activities to do at home to take part in this year's festival! Learn how to turn your window into a stained glass masterpiece, how to create a beautiful paper flower 'window box' out of an old cereal box, how to fuse plastic bags to create ornate lanterns or how to join the fight for climate action by creating an installation of moths out of old milk bottles! There is something to suit everyone and all abilities!
